International Village located in Speedway, Indiana was acquired while it was in receivership and at 65% occupied. We were asked to assist in the marketing and rebranding of the property. Within 18 months time the property was completely renovated which gave a new opportunity to reach the surrounding community and to establish a newly found pride with those who live on the property.
Our team focused on rebranding, demographics, market rate occupancy, and reputation management. We concentrated on new signage, marketing materials, community outreach, and social media forums. While also paying attention to the current property demographics and the communities needs. With a new staff and property manager the community transformed a once disheveled property into an upstanding, fully occupied and efficient environment with market rate leases and now positioned for sale.
